Customer Success Advocate

We're looking for an experienced Customer Success Advocate to help us maintain our dedication to building and maintaining great customer relationships. We're looking for a dedicated advocate to our clients who can help us in driving feature enhancements, efficient processes as well as the overall product and service improvement.

Where we work

About you

Must haves:

  • Ability to translate and understand the root cause of a customer's concern
  • You know how to create a positive approach to every customer interaction
  • Excellent English language skills (both written and oral)
  • You are self-motivated and driven to succeed and understand that learning never stops
  • Open to work at unconventional hours (early mornings and late evenings)

Nice to haves:

  • Previous experience in customer support (preferably in technology / SaaS)
  • Understanding of support ticketing systems (preferably Zendesk)
  • Basic coding and programming knowledge will be considered a plus
  • Experience working with international customers

About the job

As part of our Customer Success team, you will serve our customers from all over the world. Our day-to-day tasks include customer onboarding, training, guidance and provision of awesome support via different communication channels (e.g. email, chat, phone). We're keeping an eagle eye on customer feedback and potential issues in order to provide better customer experience, smoother processes and customer-focused products. We serve as the voice of the customer to the rest of the company.
