About the Role

An IT Support role in FullContact's Denver based office assisting in our global operations.  This role will focus on supporting FullContact's facilities and employees with scalable and secure IT systems.   This role will report to the Director of Technical Operations and partner with stakeholders across the organization.

Experience & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of IT work.
  • Strong TCP/IP and networking knowledge.
  • Mac / Windows / Linux (FullContact is 90%+ Mac)
  • Strong ability to communicate
  • Experience with web technologies and process
  • Experience automating systems and processes
  • Multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities

  1. Management of our IT Helpdesk.
  2. Asset management of IT resources.
  3. Participation in IT security training.
  4. Facilities (WIFI, conferencing tools, phone systems, etc.)
  5. Administration of shared IT technologies.  (Google Apps, SSO tools, Company Directory)
  6. IT functions for onboarding and offboarding activities.
  7. Actively monitors and resolves virus, malware, and SPAM issues.
  8. Maintains IT materials on the company WIKI.
