We are excited for the next level of growth and as a result, we are hiring a Director, Enterprise Product, that will be critical to the next stage of growth.

  • Building from our identity resolution capabilities, we are building an array of identity and data-driven services and solutions designed to deliver an impressive ROI for our clients.
  • Our offering for brands is nascent and there is a strong need to round out our consumer and business data, profiling, analytics, and actionable insights and to help brands activate this information through multi-channel marketing programs, authentication/verification services, and other solution offerings.
  • We intend to grow our global person graph and develop various value propositions resulting in the dramatic growth of its consented and claimed individual profiles.  

The Role:

The Director, Enterprise Product will be responsible for directing the development, implementation and successful management of FullContact’s identity, data, analytic and activation products.  

Key Accountabilities

  • Leading, Management and individual/organization Accountability (LMA) for Enterprise product management
  • Facilitate and collaborate market-driven product vision and strategy
  • Product Planning and Roadmap
  • Pricing strategy and execution

The ideal candidate will bring the following skills and attributes to this role:

Market Knowledge – Systematic process for understanding Ad/Martech, data/digital landscape and SaaS business models, including the knowledge of customer needs and current/emerging competitors and partners.  

Technology – Be a great partner with engineering.  We would like to see experience and success from the candidate in enterprise platform development, cloud computing, business intelligence, and big data domains.

Commercial Acumen – Bringing compelling products to market that perform for our customers and assisting with large customer/prospect opportunities will be essential to the Company’s success.

Operations - Delivering high-quality products with predictable results.  This person must have a strong history of driving accountability into the organization along with the knowledge that will allow him/her to measure the profitable growth of our products.

Strategy – A strategic mindset around Martech, identity resolution or customer experience digital products is essential.  

Communications – S/he will be a voice for the company at key industry and company events, might be a presenter at conferences, webinars and key customer meetings to assure the company’s product messaging and positioning is understood and embraced. Proven ability to partner with product marketing is needed.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 10+ years’ experience guiding Product Management teams.
  • Experience in AdTech or MarTech space, ideally with Identity Resolution or Contact Management related products. 
  • Previous experience scaling a company from early stage to $50-100 million in revenue.
  • Previous experience overseeing Product responsibilities for M&A efforts.
  • Working knowledge of both the legacy and emerging digital marketing ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of the technical complexity and ability to translate it into simple terms.
  • A stellar track record within a development lifecycle, demonstrating vision, good strategic sense, understanding the competition, effective management of others, and a track record of exceeding customer expectations.
